Crystals are a great addition to your beautiful beads! These crystals are lightweight, wrapped in either gold or silver. Customers are also given the option of crystal stones for something just a little more rustic. They are sold separately from the items you purchase, so they can be added while in the creation process.

At Highwaisted Beads, we are committed to bring you products that are to your satisfaction. We apologize for any inconvenience. To make a return or request a refund, please do the following.
1. Request a refund via email. It must include the subject line "Requesting a Refund" or "Requesting a Return."
2. Package your item into a shipping package. Highwaisted Beads is not responsible for the cost of shipping items so responsibility of these items rests solely with the customer.
3. Return to the address your package was sent from. This will be located on the upper right - hand corner of the packaging sticker from your original package. If the return address is required, please include the request for it in the email.
4. Await your refund via your preferred payment option (Stripe, Paypal, etc). This may take between 5 - 7 business days.
