At Highwaisted Beads, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. Return Policy

Highwaisted Beads wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase! If there is some unhappiness with an order, you can return the item within 30 days of the original purchase.

General Conditions and Restrictions

  • Items may be returned if the total is less than $80.00.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the item(s) that broke or otherwise became damaged. Your return must be in sellable condition (i.e. beads must not be damaged, string must be intact and unbroken, all pieces such as charms and crystal pendants must be included, etc). 

  • Seasonal items (including New Year's Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Spring Collection, Easter, Mother's Day, Juneteenth, Summer Collection, Fall Collection, Halloween, Christmas, and Winter collection) may result in a fee of $15 if returned during a period where the seasonal item is not in stock.

  • Shipping & handling charges will not be credited to the customer unless the reason for the return was not the fault of Highwaisted Beads  (such as carrier delay or lost/damages while in the possession of the carrier).

  • Invoice must accompany the item(s) being returned so that the full purchase price is credited to the customer via original payment or a gift card. Please email us if you have not received an invoice or have lost the original.

  • Damaged merchandise may not be returned if it is found that Highwaisted Beads was not responsible for the damages (i.e. package was damaged by carrier, customer broke item(s) while attempting to wear their product(s) and/or remove their product(s); any other circumstance related to a customer's excessive tugging, pulling, snatching, etc. or the product(s).

  • If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email us before you attempt to return the item. Any item(s) being returned to the store must be in the original packaging.

  • Discounted items may not be returned under any conditions. A refund will be compensation for items of this time. Refund will be applied to all undamaged items and will cover the cost of shipping and handling, if applicable. If a customer receives items fully intact, then later damages the product(s) customer will receive 50% of their entire order as a refund, including shipping and taxes, if applicable. Customer will have up to 72 hours to report their item(s) as damaged, accompanied with photographic evidence.

  • Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed and your refund issued.

  • A customer will receive a refund for the purchase and applicable sales tax of the item(s). Refunds are available in the form of funds returned to the original payment or by other electronic means will be issued in the amount of the purchase and applicable sales tax. If a gift card was used for your purchase, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card credit.

Exchange Policy

Are you exchanging your item? You will need to place an entirely new order for the new item, and the customer will need to return the unwanted item for a refund.

At Highwaisted Beads, all beaded jewelry products are made by hand. We ask for patience as we carefully craft your delicate pieces. Please note that our shipping prices vary with peak seasons (spring and summer months) and holiday seasons.

Shipping & Handling Time

HWB wants customers to receive their order as quickly as possible. Processing time for creation may take between 4 to 7 days. Delivery takes between 3 - 5 additional business days.

Carriers often experience high volumes during peak seasons and they may experience service delays. We ask that customers are patient if this should happen unexpectedly, as orders will take longer.

Shipping prices are based on the subtotal of your order, even after discounts are applied.
