How do I Order?

That's super easy! Begin by choosing your primary color. If you want a solid colored item, it can be found here. If you would like an item, in say, the primary color of dark blue, you would be able to find a range of items from waist beads to bracelets that have the title of "Dark Blue" alongside the product. You can select the secondary color from the product's drop - down menu and then add it to your cart!

How do I put on my waist beads?

Because many strands are made of elastic string, you can put them on either over head or pull them up like pants. As a word of caution, the beads will be fragile in their first few wears so be careful when putting them on for the first time. For those orders that come with clasps (this is for waist beads only), the customer will need to twist the clasps together around their desired area of the waist or hip. 

What are the payment methods available?

Customers may pay using their credit or debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or egift card.

Is there an additional fee for a secondary color?

There isn't an additional fee for a secondary color. There is a separate category of products that contain three or more colors. Those items may be subject to a higher price point, due to the work put into the commission. Also, there is an additional fee for charms when you order them with any products.

A customer can choose to add charms or a crystal pendant to their product(s) by selecting the option of "Yes (Sold Separately)" on the item(s).

Are these products lightweight or heavyweight?

Depends. Most products that customers purchase do not have charms or crystal pendants on them. If you were to add these items, then it would only be slightly heavier. There is hardly a difference in weight between a product with or without charms. Additionally, there is not a limit of charms or crystal pendants that can be added to one product, but customers will need to use their own discretion when selecting the amount of charms or crystal they'll order.

Can my beaded jewelry be worn in the shower or in bodies of water? Pools, ocean, lakes, etc.

It depends. In the care instructions provided to you in the package, there will be a list of notes that will explain in which scenarios your beads can be worn. In most cases, if your product(s) has charms or crystal pendants attached, they will need to be removed. Please see your care instructions for further details.

Can I remove the charms if I don't want them on my beads for a while/at all?

That is entirely up to the customer. A customer can adjust their products once they've received them. However, even though the charm(s) may be removed, a customer should only remove the charm(s) or pendant(s) if they are able to do so. That means, they will need the proper tools and a steady hand. HWB is not responsible for the potential damages that may occur if the customer decides to remove their charm(s) or crystal pendent(s).

Do I get to choose the material of the beads (i.e. opaque, translucent, clear, etc.)?

Generally, customers select the color(s) they want and the creator goes on to create the product(s). Customers have the option of previewing their product(s) before they are shipped out by receiving a text or email notification. If a customer wished to have a specific material used on their glass seed beads, they may describe it in the notes at checkout.

I did not receive something in my order. May I get a refund/the original product in a separate package?

It is always our pleasure at HWB to give customers what they've ordered. When a customer is unsatisfied with their order or is missing something from the package, HWB provides a way to come to a solution.
