1. Request a refund via email. It must include the subject line "Requesting a Refund" or "Requesting a Return."
2. Package your item into a shipping package. Highwaisted Beads is not responsible for the cost of shipping items so responsibility of these items rests solely with the customer.
3. Return to the address your package was sent from. This will be located on the upper right - hand corner of the packaging sticker from your original package. If the return address is required, please include the request for it in the email.
4. Await your refund via your preferred payment option (Stripe, Paypal, etc). This may take between 5 - 7 business days.
